BOOKING CONDITIONS

The Grantham Astor Hotel Ltd is committed to a policy of Fair Trading and all possible care is taken to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday.

All arrangements are governed by the following conditions of booking:-

No booking will be considered confirmed until deposit monies of £50:00 per person, are received.

The deposit, once paid, is non refundable.

The Balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to commencement of holiday unless otherwise agreed with the Hotel. The final payment may be made by Cash / Cheque / Credit* or Debit Card.*

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking, in which case all monies paid will be refunded.

The Hotel reserves the right to make alterations to the booking, should any unforeseen circumstance arise. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate each individual enquiry, we cannot guarantee the position or requests for bedrooms.

All luggages, coats etc. and personal items are carried at owners risk.

The Hotel cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, additional expense, frustration, disappointment, injury, or fatality or for incidents caused by industrial action, or for any other acts over which we have no control.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made in writing, to the Hotel.

The scale of cancellation charges made by the HOTEL is the generally accepted scale in the Travel industry and is as follows.

 We strongly recommend, for your protection,you take out Holiday Insurance.

Guests unable to arrive during these hours should notify the hotel.

 Bedrooms will not be available until 2:00 p.m on arrival days.

We beg to remind you that guests should provide their own towels for use on the beaches.
